If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you a refund when we have received the item and checked it. If overdue, the guarantee service is invalid. You can also register to be our customer to extend 1 year warranty. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the returned shipping costs which are non-refundable, unless the package items arrived damaged. (Please see detail info as following)
Damage
Any chips when received the package, feel free to reach us and attach clear pictures/videos.You can request a replacement or a refund. We will process it promptly.
How to Return and Exchange an Item
Customer service: the return address is based on the nearest warehouse where you located. Contact us with an instant message box or fill in the form if needed. Online time: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm EST.
E-mail us: direct all return to messages@Loaferup.com. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your return. Once processed, new logistics information or refund will be e-mailed. Reach us if any further questions and inquiries.

Shipping
Loaferup does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Special products
Most purchases from Loaferup can be returned within 30 days. There are some exceptions: Clearance items cannot be returned for refunds (but exchanges are accepted), and gift cards are not accepted for refunds.
Discount orders for festive events can only be returned and exchanged within 10 days after you receive the goods.
